Remastone

I am hardly the handyman however I decided to tackle building a new fireplace from stone that is supplied by Remastone in Bibra Lakes. The professional advice from the ladies at Remastone allowed me to plan the build from start to finish and the results speak for themselves. The product is relatively easy to work with so long as you don't rush and have some patience in ensuring the stone stacks are level as you build up or around. There are plenty of instructions and videos on the internet if you need some tips. I highly recommend Remastone and if your thinking of building a feature wall or whatever, the advice from Remastone will put you firmly on the right track.

Very poor service!We ordered pavers, confirmed stock and waited for an invoice to be sent for payment. Followed up after a few days to find that they didn't actually have the stock in the first place.Waste of time!

Went in today to collect 210 loose pavers. Wonderful friendly service from both office and yard staff. Thankyou for making everything so easy.

Went with the Casio Light Grey porcelain pavers, bull-nosing and capping. Excellent quality and looks fantastic, no sealing to worry about. Really great service and fast quoting / delivery for us as well. We looked at a number of other shops / manufacturers, glad we chose Remastone. Thanks folks.

This company has the best building limestone blocks in WA and a great selection of pavers and stone cladding but most importantly a great team of workers and management nothing is to difficult and I would recommend anyone to take a visit to either of their showrooms they have great displays of all their products.5 out of 5

Very poor customer service. If I had the chance I will give them no star. Very dissatisfied with their service. They let you pay for the product without advising you on their rigid policies. I found their limestone blocks of very low quality that could chip out easily on a slight touch.
